Two-factor sign in
On. You are asked for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app every time you sign in.
Changing phones? Turn it off here, then set it up again on the new one. If you have lost the phone, ask David to reset it for you.
Off. Your password is the only thing between the internet and the price list. Two-factor adds a 6-digit code from an app on your phone.
You will need an authenticator app — Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator or 1Password all work.
Confirm your password to begin. This stops anyone who finds your screen unlocked from putting their own phone on your account.
1. On your phone, open your authenticator app, choose to add an account, and scan this:

2. Type the 6-digit code it shows, to prove it is working.
Nothing changes until you type a working code — so a half-finished setup cannot lock you out.

At least 12 characters. Nobody can read it back afterwards — if it is forgotten, set a new one.
